I was frustrated with the lack of room service . Despite calling the front desk twice to address the issue, my room went unserviced for two days in a row! On top of that, the manager's indifferent attitude during checkout only added to my disappointment.

It's modern brand-new hotel with helpful staff. The restaurant serves hot local food.

Ideal and fairly clean hotel, the staff who served us were attentive, and it had favourable location to the main streets. Location: the venue was really close to a casino and the two malls Philadelphia Mills and business meetings / conferences. We came across Fox Hunt Tavern, it was at a medium distance from the hotel, offered nice shots. The service was excellent, the food was good! Lucky us, got ironing free of charge too.

I enjoyed the reliable free Wi-Fi and helpful luggage storage, but the blankets were missing.

This hotel could be nicer if maintenance paid attention, door scraped against the rug, and the toilet was embarrassingly too low. I also expected a complimentary glass of wine after my long journey, but apparently, that's not on their priority list. I was almost ready to give a good review, but who am i kidding, i just couldn't.

The room setup was misleading with a sofa bed instead of advertised options!!! Housekeeping inconsistencies and lack of available coffee upon early checkout were disappointing!!! Parking space needs significant improvement!!!

My room had not been cleaned properly . The mattress was uncomfortably hard.

Clean and modern surroundings create a lovely vibe. The spacious room has a comfortable king bed and a pleasant open layout. Check-in was straightforward and efficient. Nearby eateries are convenient for meals. The overall stay was quite relaxing 😊

The lobby area was inviting and bright. I appreciated the clean and modern ambiance throughout the hotel, especially the comfortable outdoor seating around the fire pits. It was easy to navigate the hotel.

More accessibility features for seniors would be helpful.

Clean and modern facilities provided a serene atmosphere, with a comfortable King Room that was well-sized. The staff was friendly at check-in, but the room was inadequately serviced, despite multiple requests. Noise from the nearby storage room made it challenging to relax. A quick exit from the highway and numerous dining spots nearby added convenience, but the lack of housekeeping oversight overshadowed the positive aspects of the stay.

Modern hotel with convenient amenities

The check-in process was straightforward, and I enjoyed the inviting lobby and Bistro area. I appreciated the easy access to nearby dining options, but I would have liked to see a bit more attention to detail in room servicing.

I had a fantastic group vacation here! The staff went out of their way to be friendly. We loved how close we were to the Neshaminy Mall and Parx Casino, both just a quick drive away. The rooms were spacious and provided a good setup for hanging out. I highly recommend exploring the local dining options nearby too.

The shower setup was a bit odd-there was only a half door, which caused water to splash out all over the floor. It was a minor inconvenience but worth mentioning. It didn't overshadow the fun we had.

The location offered easy access to nearby dining, but I did wish for a coffee urn available during my early departure. A relaxing experience.

The breakfast here is fantastic with a large variety of options to choose from, and the service is top-notch, with convenient onsite parking available.
